Love your lot @IdahoGal65. Love the boat house, the gable roof, the porch surrounded by roof, the color, and the wrap-round porch. I sent you some messages. For what it's worth, I didn't see any cc added to rugs, paintings, doors, or windows when I put your package file in my game library and then placed it in game; but without installing it through the launcher, I don't know if an extra file would be created.
Okay, I installed your uploaded file to a test folder and TWO files were created, not just one. So, something is attached to the lot. I'll see if I can find it in that game folder. Under installed content if shows the civic center, which of course was not installed in my test folder. What I'll look for is anything in the buy/build categories with a cc marker.
Something that is showing up for me is that the supernatural portraits and paintings all have a border around them in catalogue that is clear on top and blue violet on bottom. I think maybe that is your rabbit hole! Nope, that shows in a brand new folder as well. I'll keep looking.
