@soocoolsim is the fairground set up as a festival lot or does it stay the same year round?

I ask because I prefer to have the big park and festival lot as two separate lots for improved game play. :)
It doesn't really matter, it's still a great lot and will end up in my town, just trying to plan out if it will replace the current** festival lot.

** The guru made lot for Monte Vista set in the ruins, because it is the only lot that sort of fits well in the auntielynds byo world.
