So um are any of these starter friendly? lol

I've decided to wait a bit longer before moving my family over to the new world .... dropped down a house and spent 5 minutes stripping it down for shell and gen 3 still can't afford it just yet. lol :p

ps, but that's because gen 3 needed a house big enough to house a baby grand piano.
