@Mmdrgntobldrgn We seem to have trouble making starters. LOL However, some of ciane's multi-unit residential builds would work to start out. I'm hoping we'll get a single household starter build or two in there before we're all finished. I had been thinking to suggest stripping one (and keeping the original in bin, of course), but I see you already tried that.
