You are such a fabulous world builder yourself so I know you understand the struggle with CAW/EIG and store content and that it is pretty much impossible to upload a fully built up world unless you severely limit content.
We did not want to restrict the creators who joined the English village collaboration in any way and if you check out their awesome showcase you can see why :D So we decided to upload the empty world separately and let people interested add the builds themselves but offer a save game with all the lots and some households in place once everything is completed.
