This starter home has one bedroom with a den or two bedrooms, and one bath. It comes furnished with tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom with hardwood floors elsewhere. You will find a covered outdoor patio complete with a BBQ grill, picnic table, bench, and artist's easel behind the house. There is room to park one vehicle. It was created with The Sims 3 base game and EPs only. There is no CC or store content. It can be placed at 201 Crimson Lane E in Alryne Valley.
