This grey stucco home is a two-story 2 BR, 2 BA on a 30x20 lot. It has a pop of color on the doors and a front balcony with a great mountain view. It is complete with a cozy living room, an efficient kitchen, and a formal dining room. There is space upstairs to add another bedroom and a smaller playroom. It was created with The Sims 3 base game and EPs only. There is no CC or store content. Can be placed at 203 Crimson Lane E in Alryne Valley.
NOTE: There are no mirrors in the bathrooms. The outside wall covering is store content and has been changed in the populated version of Alryne Valley. The picture below shows the store wall covering. The new home will have plain gray walls on the exterior.
