This two-bedroom, two-bath home on a 30x40 lot is for the upwardly mobile family, priced at §55,676. It has a separate kitchen and formal dining room with a fireplace. The living room has seating for four arranged for conversation and a modest TV. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, the kids' room, and a second bathroom. A low-end stereo, an artist's easel, and a treadmill are in the common area. A balcony above the porch overlooks the ocean. It was created with The Sims 3 base game and EPs only. There is no CC and only two store items. Place at 104 N Ivory Lane in Alryne Valley.
