I am creating homes for Alryne Valley. Most of these homes are base-game and expansion packs only. Some contain store content which will be noted as such.Alryne Valley was created for a couple of challenges requiring empty worlds. I started it in December of 2022, two years ago. The current version is Alryne Valley Ultimate. I have 18 Sim households ready to be added to the world. Before I do this in Create A World, I want homes on at least half of the residential lots.~texansky-

Diagonal Upgrade - 2 BR 1 BAThis charming 2 bedroom 1 bath home has a diagonal front porch with a spectacular view of the mountains. The kitchen has a beautiful linoleum floor and a dining table with seating for six. The main bedroom has a neutral tone with a pop of color on the bedspread. There are two bunk beds in the second bedroom as well as a copper colored computer and a dresser. It was created with The Sims 3 base game and EPs only. Scientist Upgrade - 4 BR 2 BAThis comfortable 4 BR, 2 BA home has everything a scientist needs to excel in their career and home life. Complete with a small greenhouse and a pond. Illustrious Author - 3 BR 1 BAThis home has two bedrooms with double 4-poster beds and a nursery. It comes with a laptop and an artist's easel. Created with The Sims 3 base game, EPs, and about 11 store content items. Place at 103 N Ivory Lane in Alryne Valley. Cost: §38,329.There are 11 store items in this build which are listed on my page. Family Starter - 2 BR 1 BAThis family starter home is a 2 BR, 1 BA on a 20x30 lot. It has a chess board and a computer in the kids' room. It was created with The Sims 3 base game and EPs only. Family Upgrade - 2 BR 2 BAThis two-bedroom, two-bath home on a 30x40 lot is for the upwardly mobile family, priced at §55,676. It has a separate kitchen and formal dining room with a fireplace. The living room has seating for four arranged for conversation and a modest TV. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, the kids' room, and a second bathroom. A low-end stereo, an artist's easel, and a treadmill are in the common area. A balcony above the porch overlooks the ocean. It was created with The Sims 3 base game and EPs only. Each of these 3 latest homes are lovely 🙂They are very nice starters for single sims or small families. The exterior design of them are very nice and lovely interior furnishing and room colours. Very nice living room sitting and tv watching areas.

It is a lovely family home 🙂 The peach colour is pretty and very nice cream flowers. The furnishing is lovely. The nursery is sweet. The fairy teddy is cute! It is great that there is a basement with bedrooms and a music and gym area.

It is a lovely ranch style family home 🙂The front steps entrance is very nice. The interior furnishing is lovely and very nice colours of each room. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room is great. Very nice tv watching and study desk areas.
