Try this first; Create A World - CAW not running? CAW running slowly? by Simsample
If that's no help look through the threads on the MTS Create a World Forum concerning EIG. I have generations, and the new patch installed on my laptop, and I've been unable to save in EIG with it. Haven't found a solution yet, but I haven't really tried much yet sense it's not the one I use for Caw most of the time.
