The sliders only effect the settings in caw, try this thread:

Most of the objects from store purchased worlds won't show in caw. The Fountain of youth however is in your inventory for EIG, and can be placed on a lot. However those special objects, fountain of youth, the tree from Lunar Lakes, will not get bundled up with the world. and exported
