Did you uninstall, clean out all your caches, and your virtual memory, run a registry cleaner, like this free one I like, http://www.cnet.com/1770-5_1-0.html?query=cc+cleaner&tag=srch, then reinstall?

This tut says to go to:
Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts,

but you may need to go to:
Program Files (x86)\Origins Games

Depending if you have a digital download of the game, or installed it with a CD.
