Hey there. Someone pointed me in your direction and hopefully to a possible answer to my problem with CAW. I had a look through your list of links, but couldn't see anything that might help me (I might be blind, though...)
My problem is this: Whenever I try to open a new world - huge map, it tells me that it's not a PNG file and it won't open. But when I explore it, I find that it IS a PNG file.
These are the default maps I'm trying to open. I've tried contacting EA, but didn't get anywhere with them. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling CAW several times, but it just won't work.
I'm wanting to create my own world, but really need to use the huge map size so I can place distance terrain.
Was wondering if you could help me please? Or point me in the right direction...?
