I've had this happen once too. The only thing that fixed it was to uninstall the Caw program, clear out all the Cache files, run a registry cleaner, then reinstall. I think I actually had to do this 3 times before I got an install that worked. Don't ask me why it happens, lol, Idk. The techie guys at MTS seem to all be on vacation lately, so I can't send you there, but there may be a thread about it there if you look through the old threads.
