Specific instructions on decorating the bedrooms (gender, age, etc.)?: I'd like for the master bedroom to have its own bathroom and for one of the bedrooms to be a basement room. You can use anything for the master bedroom, but for the three other rooms I have more specific ideas; the basement bedroom could be very grungey and edgy for a rebellious teenager, one of the rooms with soft pink, purple and white themes with LED/fairy/string lights, and the other room very messy with lots of alien and other conspiracy theorist themes. The last two rooms are for kids.

Special requirements (garden, pool, hot tub, etc.)?: I would like there to be a small front yard with enough space for me to add things like a treehouse, garden, etc as hobbies and children grow. The parents in the family are into music and painting and I'd like for them to be little places for the both of them (i.e. painting nook and a guitar collection, pref. not separate rooms)
Is communication required before the builder begins work?: I don't think so!
Additional instructions?: I would love for the house to have lots of clutter. The more lived in it looks, the better! Also; I love hardwood floors and closed-floor plan kitchens, wink wink.
