Additional instructions? Spanish style on the exterior of the house. I'm trying to go for that Modern look on the interior of the house. White or gray with dark wood would look nice. Whichever one you think is nice. FAU (Forced Air Unit) can be turned into closets. Family Room can be a sitting room with a fire place. Tandem/Opt. Hobby/Serv. can be used for painting, chess, etc. A pool table in the Bonus Room. You can put whatever else in that room as well. A nice backyard with a hot tub next to the pool. For the 2-Bay Garage, put two parking spots with cars. Two bicycles on the side. For the 1-Bay Garage, put a weight machine and treadmill. If you have other suggestions that you want to add (colors, room ideas, etc.), please let me know. I'm open to other suggestions as well.
