Style: it should look modern, with clear structure/s, a big window front facing the back garden, smaller windows facing to the front, there could be an open inner garden surrounded completely by the house.
additionally to the bedrooms and the living room and kitchen there must be a big study area/room, a big studio area/room, a sports area/room and one more area/room, no need for closed rooms, open floorplan is welcomed, except the kitchen which has to be big so all Sims can route properly when called for dinner
Can have up to 2 floors, if there are two floors, all bedrooms should be upstairs.
Please don´t use CFE, the garden don´t has to be decorated, must be flat
