Kindlekin, I think that you can still download and install the world even without the stuff packs , as long as you are patched up. The items that you won't have will be replaced. But I'm not 100% sure. Just ask around and someone who knows for sure will let you know.
xBanan, I have the exact same issue. Most of the worlds that I like to play do not have enough room for all the lots that I need. :(

Quailhogs, my architecture needs improving though :( All my buildings and up wide. Especially on big community lots.

Update:
Only one lot today, but it's a "Mega lot". It started as a "community center" and ended up a mall. The lot name is still "community center" but I might change it to something that includes "mall" in it. However I would like your opinion on the name after you've seen the pics. Do you consider it a "community center" or a "mall"? It's zoned as hangout by the way.

Second Floor - almost empty but the bar , teh shuffle board and the deco bar thingy. Left room for pool tables there.

It took me a couple of hours just for the exterior lighting , as I was fighting with the fountain. Also I noticed that when a fountain is surrounded by pool , the fountain Springlers were completely transparent. Almost invisible. So at first , fountain and pool where at the same lvl, but i had to place the fountain on foundation for the sprinklers to become normal again.Then the fighting began so I could light up the fountain properly. And in the end it turned out to be more like a sculpture with water , than just a simple fountain :?. So sorry for building only one lot tonight, but there was too much fighting with the game, plus and extra Hour of severe lagging cause my compy insisted on updating AGAIN. Well it's Microsoft after all :evil:
