Nope :( Basically the most long processes are Buildng and testing. I casn't tell you how much time it will take me to build all the lots, and the time of testing depends of what issues might occure.

Thank you :). many thanks on the info as well. Very enlighting. So do you think naming that lot "Community Center Plaza" could work? Or should I ditch the "community center" part completely and add something else instead?
