Conor - I repeat myself too when it comes to layouts. I even use some ideas over and over if they've worked out ok in the past.
I know what you mean about the magazine bathrooms. They are humongous. I'm pretty sure most of them are the size of my livingroom.

Okies almost half the building work is done :) I just finished with the Canyon Pass area. :)
I still have the north and west hills , ranch area which is half done, the hill that holds the chappel and 2 lots in Coral Cape. Hopefully I'll finish with the north hill tommorrow and I'll continue with the ranch area after that. The Chappel hill, North Hill and coral cape have less lots, but they are the expensive ones, which means they are bigger lots and are mostly mansions and I can not copy paste those as it will look weird.
Oh I forgot, I also have a beach house to build.

For those who know what house is this, I will not be including the family that lived in that house in the save file, but I really liked that house and decided to build it (again). It is on a 30x20 lot so it had plenty of room on the side and I created a yard there. Also the house is not named as it is in the real story because I've used that name for an address. But it does have a name relevant with the story.
