You are very welcome Rukaya and thank you :)
You got it rj! Nice to see you around. Thank you for your comments :)
I cave in and added one more appartment lot. I had already moved the modern ones to Coral Cape, as they looked better there, so those two lots where empty. I had a coold idea last night , so i thought it would be nice to add it in the world .. apartment houses with no front yards :) No fences at all at the front :D I've read somewhere that you could do that by adding a public room like a "hall" instead of a public fenced area, so I added arches instead of doors, to make it look open.
And Bluewater apartments where born :)

The backyard of the usable apartment is fully enclosed so it's part of your sims unit, the other two however have gates and are marked as public , and even though they look they belong to the other units, they are fully accessible to all residents.

This little "room" holds the call box and the mailbox, plus it gives access to the parking area. I've used the 3 tile arches to give the illusion that cars actually drive through there.

Entering the apartment

kitchen/dining/living on first floor

Bedrooms on the second

Child, todd/baby room

teen room

Moving to North hill houses

North Hill Complete

Happy simming! :)
