Crystalline Cove - Finally back on the exchange!!!

Update :)
I was playing around with CAS during the weeknd and created all the families that will be in the save file. They are all ready in my bin waiting. There are 10 families in total, of sims of various ages, and some of them have pets. There is also a kind of story going on, but there won't be anything to actually "solve" the story is there just to make the population a bit intresting.
I've also created the family i'm going to test the world with, bnut those sims will not be in the save file.
However one of those sims turned out quite cute so She is up on the exchange for anyone who might want her.

I've build 2 houses in the ranch area tonight and there are 2 left to finish that area.
Both are based on families that will be included in the save file.
