Gem, I haven't had a lot of time to continue testing this week; never seems to be enough time after I get home from work! But I'll definitely test some more this weekend, and download Beta 2 whenever you get it ready.
One more thing about the Peanutbutter Family Townhouse at 3 Isthmus: there is a small section of banner missing from the stairs on the second level. Maybe that was an aritistic decision, since sims really don's seem to need them, but just thought I'd mention it.
