Do you have all the EP's and SPs and downloads that would include those rabbit holes? I'm not in my game at the moment so I can't check which editions those rabbit holes are, but chances are you lack these specific buildings in your installation.

NOTE: The store items are NOT required. You will be able to install the world if you don't have them, and those items will be simply missing. I have set an additional value to the lot with the HS Spa, so you can easily convert the lot to a legacy lot if you don't have HS, or build a Showtime lot if you want to later. I'll also add an additional Spa Rabbithole (the pets one) for the ones that don't have HS
If you don't have Dr. Pepper Stadium you can add in the base game stadium, that should fit.
