xBanan, as you said the town hall is from Riverview, the Stadium is from Dr Pepper, (you can repleace that one with the base game one) and the HS Spa not showing is a random game glitch. I usually get this with the riverview townhall. Just grab it from buy mode (in edit town) and place it there with MoveObjects on cheat (might need that one to place the stadium as well)
