Sorry for the intrusion Gem, but maybe I can help Summer end this headache with her Mac and make her gaming experience more enjoyable. I have free access to pros so might as well try and help my dear friend here.
Thanks WR, I would appreciate that. I so rarely get any time to sit with my own husband to figure these things out. Even an attempt to help is appreciated even if it turns out nothing can be done except by EA. I do let the computer generate and send a report to Apple every time there is a failure, crash or I have to Force Quit out of the program. Apple does compile those reports and does something with them.
