Custom Building Letters Tutorial,For Community/Residential.Easy Step By Step Tutorial

Are you tired of putting your creations on the exchange only to have to photoshop some letters on it to say its the "FOX DEN" club or whatever it may be??.Want to have any type style and color letters...

I jumped the fence frank and you know how a sim looks after touring the mausoleum...yeah thats how it happened I was all tore up and my hair was a mess. :lol:
