Custom Building Letters Tutorial,For Community/Residential.Easy Step By Step Tutorial

Are you tired of putting your creations on the exchange only to have to photoshop some letters on it to say its the "FOX DEN" club or whatever it may be??.Want to have any type style and color letters...

like if you wrote open 24 hours and top half was cut off eating the upper part of letters then change the border to that same pic..it will auto replace any missing parts ONLY!!! :-o :-o :-o :-o
