Additional instructions? I would like the main house to have an open floor plan (living/dining/kitchen) with space for an office and a half bath on the first floor, master bed/bath and children's beds/baths on second floor as well as a small laundry room. In the "barn" building I would like a quaint mother-in-law suite with a small kitchen and living, bedroom, and bathroom.
