Hi all, thanks for the kind welcome and happy December. :) In the previous thread I asked hypothetically about the possibility of recreating my grandparents' quirky old house, and having been given the go-ahead by @romagi1 I'm now back to put in a proper request.

Do you want it furnished and decorated? Not necessarily - basic internal decorating would be appreciated (walls/floors/ceilings plus light fixtures etc), but full furnishing isn't needed (unless the builder feels particularly inspired!)
Can patterns from Create-a-Pattern be used? Yes, if I'm given any necessary instructions on how to get it working in my game as I'm not very familiar with CAP
Required - Please list the owned Store content that can be used: I don't currently own any store content beyond the free stuff, but I do have a bunch of unspent freebie SimPoints saved up in my account so I will happily acquire any items/sets that the builder wants to use
Please list the Dr. Pepper and T-Mobile promotional items that can be used: None (as I believe they're no longer available in the Store? but not really relevant for this build anyway!)
If you will be placing this lot in an EA world, which one? Probably an emptied version of Appaloosa Plains
Link to specific house or plan: I'd prefer not to link publicly, but I've sent the floor plan and some photos to @romagi1 to share with the rest of the team, and can provide lots more upon request
Special requirements (garden, pool, hot tub, etc.)? Extension area with conservatory built on a hill to be higher than the main ground floor if possible; detached double garage and driveway, landscaped garden with pond and two sheds, adjoining paddock with another pond and shed, and adjoining field with horse barn (details and photos of everything available upon request)
Is communication required before the builder begins work? Yes please, so that I can provide more details and photos

Thanks in advance to anyone who wants to take this on! I appreciate that I'm asking a lot here, especially as a newbie jumping in with a request, and that as a direct recreation of a real house this probably isn't the most fun build, so I'm very willing to be patient. :)
