“Three simmers established an architect's colony where other simmers could unleash their creativity and build designs that could be enjoyed by Sims of all ages. Soon, their designs inspired other architects, who shared their passion for all things Sims, especially a great Daily Deal, to design homes and community venues equally as creative as the original founders' designs. We hope to have a filled version someday too, filled with DDSBA creations and plenty of empty lots left for you to play with!



Our very own Me1620 has done it again! Not only does she maintain a jaw-dropping spreadsheet for the Daily Deal rotation, she has put together a spreadsheet just for our Majix Cove! Hey DDSBAers! If you want to build more for Majix Cove, here's what we could still use. Remember that there is no harm in multiples of lots - 2 or more pools is great, 2 salons is great! Also, I (bouquetcatcher) have flagged a few I'm personally interested in but PLEASE know it may take me quite a while to get to them, if someone else does them first all the better.

Please note most rabbit holes and community lots are in the world as EA lots (from Sunset Valley or Hidden Springs) but we'd love custom-built versions:

Houses!

Some mid-to-upper class 30x30 lots for Sierra Tango
Some middle class 25x35 (or 20x30) for Pleasant Circle
Some 20x30 and 30x40 beach houses for Summer Beach Circle/Lane
Some upper class 30x40 and larger for the end of Wright Way
Some middle class for Wright Way near downtown
3 more trailers (20x25) for Trailer Road
