Some of my favorite colors are: I like Pastels, but I also like dark colors. just whatever suits the build.
I really don’t like this color: I really don't like neon colors or bright colors. I also don't like busy patterns or an over use of them. So if you put a lovely pattern on the carpet please don't put a different pattern on the wall as well or even the same pattern an vice versa. A patterned floor with a solid wall color or paneling is fine an vice versa.
I love to use items from this set: I find use for all items from all sets so I don't have one set I love to use more than others but if it concerns nursery's/children's room I love using the nursery sets from the store and children room sets
I prefer to play in this EA-made World: I don't have a preferred EA world, I like to jump around so it just depends on which world I feel like playing.
I enjoy this style of build the most: For Architecture I like any style of build. For interior though I'm not fond of the clean modern style that's mostly white/black as I like color so pops of color is nice.
I really don’t want this in my game: CC
I would or would not like lots in the following sizes: I don't like lots any smaller than 20x30 for residential lots but no larger then 50x50 unless it's a farm/ranch an needs to be larger. Community lots can be any size as long as it's not too cluttered but uses the space well...hopefully I make sense...I also like the sims homes to feel personalized so if you make a sim with a love of photography it be nice to see pictures on the wall that they took or if there's a sim who loves to paint I'd love to see some of their paintings hanging on the wall...etc...If it's a family pictures or portraits around the house etc... (note: if you hang a greeting card it won't transfer the frame will stay but the picture will disappear I have attempted before so just thought I share what I discovered)
I want/don’t want berry sims: I love berry sims (for my buddy who may or may not know a berry sim is a sim with an un-natural skin tone like pink, green, purple, etc..sometimes they have an un-natural hair/eye color that matches the skin-color but that always depends on the creator.)
I want/don’t want occult sims: I love SN sim only SN sim I don't care for are mummy's.
I want/don’t want pets in the household: I love pets so any pets are fine with me.
Do you want your sims and/or pets skilled up for you? If so, how much? I don't care if my sims are skilled or not it depends on my buddy and if they decide to play with them a bit before gifting or not.
Are there certain skills you want skilled because you really like having them ready when you start with a new sim or household? I have no particular skills I'd want leveled just depends on if my buddy decides to play them and what they have in-mind for them
Are there particular skill items that you really like having in a build? just which ever skill items my buddy wants to include.
Other: (Describe here anything that you’d really like that might or might not have been previously mentioned!) I've been wanting a boardwalk type lot but not sure how to make it work with the beach lots. Also, I've been thinking and thought having a spooky haunted mansion type home with traps and secret passages to explore like a world adventures, adventure would be neat. Also, I haven't done much traveling into the future and tweaking it and what not so it be cool to have a sim who wants to time travel or perhaps their from the future and want to return home. One more thing, I am playing a current family who has 3 boys, a set of twins who are YA's and a teen boy and they live in a town with no females within their age range so a few female sims for dating would be nice. Now I know I probably asked for some things and I know you (my buddy) may not be comfortable building or creating some of what I mentioned (may be all of it) so if you make something more in your comfort zone I will love anything you make me so don't feel pressured :)
For the host(s): I will not be home on Nov. 8th, I'll be gone all day and not sure if I'll get a chance to come online that day but I'll be sure to let you know how I'm coming along with gifts and stuff before the 8th.
