Love the recipes. I don't eat peanut butter or wheat anymore (personal choice) but those do look nommy.
To share on some Fall inspired recipes I am currently making homemade tomato soup.
I placed 4 large tomatoes cut in half on a baking sheet covered in foil. I seasoned with pepper, salt, thyme and lemon juice. (I don't use oil, ever. Any kind.) I set them temperature to just under 250.
I didn't time it, but the top should look a bit dry, but as a whole the tomato halves should look juicy.
Blend it very well, until smooth.
Transfer to a pot.
I don't have thick or heavy cream so I used Carnation milk for a bit of body.
Then I added some shredded cheese and mixed till melted and then half a brick of cream cheese. Added a bit more salt and just letting it simmer for right now. Maybe when I make the cornbread tomorrow, I'll take a pic. I have to for my food blog anyway so.
