You live in a BEAUTIFUL area! Many of the trees around here don't really change leaf color or lose their leaves; some trees do, but the climate here is so mild, that many species of trees (particularly those native to the area or similar climes) get confused and stay the same.
Do you live near that lake? If you do, I'm completely envious! :mrgreen:
The picture of the mountains was taken from the top of the mountain I live on. We have a ton of lakes around us. Just in our small town there are nine lakes and two rivers including the Hudson River. And there are too many ponds and streams to count. I also live near several large lakes including Lake George which is a short drive away. I am very very Blessed by where I live and thank God every day for the beauty of nature that surrounds me. I couldn't imagine living in any other area. :)
OMG!!! I learned how to swim at Lake George!!! Sadly I now live a long ways away but we have some nice lakes here to :)
