I also work retail so can't really afford another sick day right now, I do have a 3 day weekend next week which should provide ample game time to work on pictures.
I've read not to eat anything for 24 hours. Then, just "soft" foods and liquids. Rice can help absord some of that yuck though. I always use that when my dogs are sick. Hope you feel better soon.
