I spent all last night trying out different configurations of spiral staircase arrangement after the latest test export revealed the staircase issues. None of them worked until I placed a tile space between the stairs and walls and turned the stairs at a different angle than they were before :?
But I`m definitely going to try out your method. If it can save the lots as they are without having to re-arrange them, well, that`s more than good enough for me :wink:
I forgot, no, I didn`t edit Oasis Club at all. I sent my sim there when my sims couldn`t use the spiral staircase in my own world. I wanted to see if spiral stairs worked for you. My sim could go upstairs and go downstairs using the spiral staircase without the routing failure stamping of feet. It confused me terribly too :?
But thanks for the info Pyro, my mind is a little more at ease now.

I have been sneaking around the CAW forum when I`m not Great Bearing (so to speak), I have noticed the animal routing threads and they are indeed very, very interesting. During my first test exports after Pets I noticed some horses cantering around town, but haven`t seen a unicorn yet. I was blown away when my sim saw a chipmunk and befriended it, this happened at one of the lake lots (the one with the big waterfall).
It`s good to know that horses can teleport, I have seen some horses in almost difficult areas (you know, steep, but still routable and just about feasible to walk for human sims). If it`s feasible, it stays! :wink:
