Yep, Callum, sims can traverse Mule Ridge. When the dirt path runs out on the mountain, don`t worry, there is still a path there running the length of the ridge (it`s invisible, but still there). You can start from the "Forest Park" side of the ridge and traverse along to the viewpoint lot or start opposite Great Bear Lodge, head up to the viewpoint and then traverse along to the waterfall end of the ridge.
