I`m just in the process of adding new links to the first page. I went back into CAW today and worked on creating space on the hospital lot to (hopefully) avoid stuck spawned horses. It seemed to be a problem area for some folk (myself included), hopefully creating "escape" routes for the horses will eliminate lag, at least regards that particular lot. Well, it`s one less lot to worry about :wink:
Sneakfeline, sorry to hear you are having problems with the last patch. It`s never easy being a simmer these days. My fingers are crossed for you.
Summersong, I don`t know if you saw simsample`s reply, but it seems Twallan`s mods are good to go with macs (as long as you are fully patched).
The rabbit-hopping deer story was sweet, slightly odd, but sweet. I`ve never seen deer in Great Bear, yet. I`m really keen to see some deer. I`ve seen lizards, snakes, some falcons, parakeets, raccoons and some small rodents (at least, I think that`s what they were?), but never deer. Have you seen any wild horses in Great Bear? Only joking :wink:
Good to hear the pauses are, well, not as bad as they could be. I`m downloading twallan`s register mod after I sort out the updating and uploading GB. I`ll probably take simsample`s advice and set wild horses to 2. I still want them around, just not everywhere. It might help with any lag, or indeed those little pauses you have been experiencing? It`s worth a try at least.

Yeah, Devlins looks like it could do with a few more party people. It looks like a normal night out there to me. If I throw a party at one of the bars/clubs I`ll usually see a few more faces there later on, but It`s still not exactly heaving with sims. Och well. It`s odd as whenever a Hangout is mentioned as a hotspot, I find it has more sims there than at hotspot bars or clubs? :|
Tangie, no, no, no, don`t you be apologising for anything. It was my misunderstanding, so if anything, I should be apologising. Actually, your last post made me sigh a wee sigh of relief that it was a problem in your first game and not your newest game. But yeah, we just never know how things are going to turn out with Sims 3. I went back into CAW today and (hopefully) fixed the hospital lot for both the campsite as hangout and campsite as basecamp versions. I just left more space for those darned spawned horses.
I downloaded the Register mod, haven`t installed it yet. I`m going to start a new game tomorrow, I`ll set it up then. Thanks to you and Pary for suggesting it :mrgreen:
