I'm a new Simmer and so far have stuck to Appaloosa Plains since the other premade worlds don't grab me. Some variety would be good, though, so I decided to poke around for user-made worlds with a feel and flavor that suits me. And does this one ever look awesome, so well-designed and faithful to its theme -- a theme that I love. It's a place I wish I could live in.
I haven't started playing there yet beyond a very brief stint, but I had a close look around and have some suggestions, if you don't mind.
1) A second bridge across the river, at Riverdale Bend could be helpful with cutting down travel times.
2) The beach lot is really small. With an eye to real estate upgrades in particular, could it be made bigger?
3) Horses need a lot of space and narrow "corridors" cause a boatload of pathing problems for them. I'd almost recommend ditching the "stable" side of the premade rabbit hole entirely for that reason, and I think the one ranch lot you made could have some problems as well.
4) It'd be good to see some houses outfitted for cats and dogs.
That aside, I'm really impressed with your building and decorating skills. :) I can barely make anything beyond a bland box with cruddy color coordination, so your world is a huge source of inspiration and "wow!"-moments. I honestly can't say which of the houses is my favourite. And the campground and rock pool knock my socks off, too.
