Johnny, I'm glad you brought up ST. I have it and was disappointed that LN clubs/bars couldn't also be used for ST venues and vice versa. Even in SS I had to convert a residential lot to community to put in a dive bar and that didn't thrill me. I tried adding a lot to SS with the world editor and it did that raised ground thing. No easy way to add lots to SS and land is at a premium.
If you update GB lots, I'll be first in line to download, LOL. Since you kindly taught me how to build a trailer, with pics I might add, you know building is not my forte. Gads, that's almost an understatement. I especially don't like to mess up a world with a theme/feeling going on, such as one with a tranquil atmosphere. The architectural style can really be important to the overall feel.
I'm glad to know that you've now experienced using mods. When used carefully, along with remembering to remove them for patches or installs of EP's/Sp's, they really can add to game enjoyment. I use Twallan's mods exclusively, which is almost humorous to me because in TS2 I used Pescado's exclusively. I've just come to like the less invasive route a little better.
I vote you play away! After the pain I've seen creators go through in this forum, my hat is still off to all of you! I will keep a lookout for changes in your signature.
