I am late to the party here, but had to post to tell you how wonderful this world is. Installed it and looked around and even snagged a few lots from it that I now have in Appaloosa.

I love that there still are many lots for builders. The views are spectacular. There will be more than enough room for ST venues.

It will be fun to send a sim hiking to explore the lakes and so on. And your lot descriptions crack me up!

Love it .... and can't wait to see what you do next.
