Johnny, I finally played in GB today and although I fully expected it to be a superb world, it still exceeded my expectations. The sculpting is beautiful, the builds are great. A complete joy to behold and play in.
I do want to let you know about a couple of things. I placed the ST venues in GB today. I put the binned Hoi Polloi Big Show venue on the lot at 11 Moutainfoot, meaning that I had to convert it from residential to community. I entered build mode and removed the palm trees so it would not look so out of place. I happened to notice in build mode the building shows a value of $83k and change but noticed later that the map tag indicates a negative value for the property. I know of nothing I can do to fix this, do you know of anything I can try? I have a feeling it would have to be something you fixed in CAW and if that's the case, don't worry about it. I just won't have any sim think about investing in that venue, no big deal.
I placed about a half dozen households and one was a single lady I had not used in quite some time now, so I started with her. She ended up wanting to be a ghostbuster, which was fine by me. That gave me the chance to peek inside homes while she was working :lol: Anywho, she had a call to 16 Birchdale and the next job was at 10 Mountain View. I kept getting the route fail bubble trying to get her to the Mtn. View addy. At first I thought it was her having trouble exiting since there is so much fencing around 16 Birchdale but after walking her out to the driveway, the routing problem remained. I had to lead her there in steps and even in front of the house next door when I clicked on a spirit I could see for her to banish, route fail bubble and the job cancelled itself.
I realize this is a final release but wanted to mention it so you could maybe try to duplicate in your game. I could see absolutely no reason for this to be happening and it may have been a one time glitch. I haven't tried to get to the 10 Mtn. View addy from elsewhere in town yet but will do so. It's low on my priority list as there is so much else to see and do!
