Rukaya, oh don`t worry about it, I`ve been doing a bit of testing myself and I think I have found an issue as DD has suggested. I`m a klutz when it comes to all things technical, but as long as you are careful, Twallans mods are fairly easy to use. He offers so many choices to players that EA just kind of don`t address at all. I don`t think I could ever go back to EA`s story progression. But, if it`s not for you, don`t worry. The main thing is...as long as you are enjoying your game
DD, I found the routing issue at 16 Birchdale, well, at least, I think I have. I had trouble sending the occupant of 16 Birchdale to 10 Mountainview, it just wasn`t happening. So, in-game, I deleted the fence in front of the house (you can see the four tile wide area I deleted as it is right in line and in front of the front door, the area where the hedge meets a low brick fence), thinking this might make a difference. Well, it didn`t. The sims still couldn`t go to 10 Mountainview.
I then tried making the occupants of 10 Mountainview go to 16 Birchdale, but the routing bubble prevailed, it was a no-go. Um?
So...I went into CAW this evening and deleted the lot at 16 Birchdale (not the lot, the house on the lot), then added the house back to the lot. I`d kept a version of the lot with the four tile wide gap in the fence in front of the front door (also removing the gate and some of the fencing by the garage entrance) in my lot bin, so I added that new version. I`d moved the mailbox in front of the house in front of the new added gap, in an attempt to "fool" the sims that the way in and out of the house was now at the front rather than at the front but further along near the garage door.
I know this might sound confusing...I`m a wee bit confused just typing it, but bear with me.
Okay, I also removed the house on 10 Mountainfoot, then added the lot again from my lot bin. I then exported the world to test the routing between the two lots.
In-game, I added a sim to 16 Birchdale and a sim to 10 Mountainview. I started off with my sim in 16 Birchdale and clicked on 10 Mountainview to see if my sim could just go visit...success! My sim was able to leave 16 Birchdale and visit 10 Mountainview. I then changed houses to 10 Mountainview and my sim was able to visit 16 Birchdale no problem.
I`m thinking that removing some of that front fence at 16 Birchdale may have solved the routing issue. It`s early days though. Here`s a pic of my sim visiting 16 Birchdale showing the gap entrance in the fence at the front of the house.

What a palaver!
I also tried adding the Hoi Polloi venue from my lot bin after saving it there, then adding it to the Mountainfoot address after I had deleted it, but the minus price tag remained, but this time it was roughly -S1,500 as opposed to -S2, 849. I haven`t got a clue what to do about that one? It seemed to function properly though, at least regards the job options, etc.
I`m going to have a look again tomorrow as it`s getting rather late here, but the routing issue might be solved. I whispered that last sentence, as I don`t want to tempt fate :?
