My goodness, Johnny, you have put a lot of work and time into this. I believe I understood everything you said and the picture of the open area is what I thought would have to be done.
Having said that, it sounds like just opening that area didn't work for you, that you had to add an earlier build version of the Birchdale house, correct? If so, just opening it won't fix the error in a player's game, unless you are thinking if I open it, bin it, bulldoze the old and add back...also binning and bulldozing the Mtn. View addy and adding it back will fix it in player's games. I will give that a try and if it doesn't work maybe you could put the Birchdale lot version that will work up for download on the Exchange. That way, we could just bulldoze and replace.
LOL, it does take a wee bit of concentration to read through our posts. I hope my last paragraph is clear to you. It's getting late here, too and I'm tired, so forgive me if you end up having to read a couple of times to get the gist.
Out of curiousity, have you looked into the Hoi Polloi to check for skip level or hidden room markers? If you haven't, I couldn't blame you. It scares me to think about messing with those Big Show lots. Since I now don't think the lot pricing is a GB problem but something with the way EA constructed them, please don't feel that you have to solve the issue. The lot does work fine, regardless of the value amount. I'm certainly not going to bin and replace it only to end up with a slightly less negative value. If more creators encounter the issue, maybe there can be a collective look at what causes the problem, if it is indeed prevalent.
