PapaSmurf: Thank you, I'm glad you like how it turned out. The business complex used to be in that same spot, but it didn't fit in too well, so I replaced one of my two schools with it and put in this new building.
Yorkchop: Wow, you actually figured out where I stole the design from. I was actually trying to copy that building (not using the same dimensions). Unfortunately, once I reached where it tapered off, I had difficulty emulating due to height restrictions, so I had to stuff all of the elements into the top two floors. Thank you though; I'm glad you like the detail. The building to its left is based off the Frick Building in Pittsburgh.
