Yes, the eyebrow is the cc. The reason I don't want cc in a world is that it can't be uninstalled without uninstalling the world. This is because it installs as a *dependent* file.
LOL, I don't find it odd that someone who creates sims would download eyebrows but you're getting them with a sim from the Exchange is an example of cc piggybacking down. Now it has attached to your world file and will go into the game of anyone installing the world, unless deleted with Custard. For the sake of your game and the games of potential thousands of downloaders, it would be in everyone's interest if you could get the cc out and reupload the file.
You certainly aren't the only creator this has happened to. Tea_and_Blues just put up another version of Riverblossom Hills due to unwanted cc in the file uploaded on the 15th. Amaholus had to get cc out of her game for Carambola. BTW, I'm not adverse to cc, just not obtained via a world file.
Hmm, I'll try the Blightwoods next, even though I've seen multiple members around town and at parties. I know Basil Jaughook is okay in my game because the Clark family just attended a party at his place. It looks like using the MOO cheat might not be necessary, at least in my game.
