Well, hopefully those problems were caused by the sloppy job I did with the routing mask... I fixed that and rebuilt the routing data. Here is what I have so far: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=4423141
I guess I will ask people to submit some homeless Sims to draft to fix the other problem or something to protect my own sanity. Thanks again.
