Grey Meadow, the Industrial Hub

So I started anew, but kept the old save just in case I do find a way to fix it. I'm doing things different, saving as 'save as' instead of just save. Also I'm not laying down any more base lots, I hear this sort of borks the game and neighborhoods and can cause issues. I'm just going to add my builds on lots already existing.

Thank for getting back to me Reg, this world is one of my all-time favorites to play~ So I was so disgruntled to have to start over due to save issues. Oh well...
I've had this problem before. I love this game so much but the glitches kill me some times. Haha.
