The houseboat resort was 17x22, although it may be another size according to Graham. Anyway, it wasn't built by me, I got it here: http://www.mysimrealty.com/ Scroll down to the Lucky Palms Casino. Kind of tight spaced, but it is really nice.

First click on the port and bring up the size of the community houseboat. It will be residential so you have to change it to a community/visitor allowed (or whatever venue you like) and it will leave a base. Then you can place the community houseboat on it.
