I'll be very interested to see how your project develops, you've chosen a theme that is so appealing and would, I imagine, keep you occupied for quite a while.
I'm just thinking what the NRaas traveller mod could do for your project - I'd love to take my sims off for a vacation to Mordor. I can see them now, shopping for rings in the souvenir shop :D
